I joined AMN Healthcare in early 2020, two months before the pandemic. Since then, I’ve been able to accrue some awards and instill positive change. I currently manage a book of 50 consultants, and mentor new recruiters through their first 15 hires.

· Recruiting, onboarding, and management of over 50 remote consultants in the non-clinical HIM/CDI space.
· Management of $1.5 million per year organic book of business
· Negotiate pay, length of engagement, and redeployment plan
· Mentor new recruiters through coaching, ride-alongs, and one-on-ones
· Resume review and editing
· Utilize platforms such as E-Recruit, Indeed, LinkedIn, and social media to recruit
· Recipient of “MARGINATOR” award for 2022. (42.9% margin average per placement)
